      • Informal reply by telephone, FAX or email

      • Date the reply is required by, if required

    • Colors - what color scheme is appropriate?

    • Images, graphics, pictures on your invite template? Use your own digital photos for a really personal touch

    • Type / Format of invitation - Card or folded notelet format. Consider the size

    • Invitation paper - do you want special paper - consider background pattern, invitation paper quality and invitation paper size

    • Invitation envelopes - once you have decided on the best size you can source your invitation envelopes
