Church Vision Statements - The difference between a Vision and a Vision Statement
Concentrate on where you believe your church will be in five years time. Church Mission Statements focus on today whereas Church Vision statements  contain details of the future of the church - its vision (the future plans with aims and objectives). These types of Statements focus on tomorrow.
